    You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate. On January 1, 2022, under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, the “No Surprises Act” went into effect and required healthcare providers to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” for out-of-network care. We provide all services from a place of transparency regarding the cost of treatment.

  • We are not in-network with any insurance company.

    We accept out-of-network benefits.

    This means you would pay for all therapy sessions up front, and we will provide you a monthly “superbill” to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Your insurance provider will reimburse at their agreed-upon rate to you directly.

    If you prefer to call your insurance provider to learn what your out-of-network benefits are. We recommend asking the following questions:

    • What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health visits provided through telehealth?

    • Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?

    • How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement of the visits I've paid for to my mental health provider?

  • All major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted for payment.

  • We understand things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment. However, we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
