About Us

Welcome to the Wildflower Therapy Group, where we nurture growth, love, peace, compassion, connection, and hope. Our practice is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive virtual space for adults in North Carolina. We understand the unique challenges that individuals face, and our mission is to offer compassionate and holistic care tailored to each person's journey.

We offer both individual and group therapy for adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, panic disorder, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our approach is deeply rooted in holistic trauma therapy, with a special focus on supporting women. We believe in the power of integrating various therapeutic modalities to foster healing and personal growth.

Holistic Trauma Therapy

Our holistic trauma therapy is designed to address the mind, body, and spirit. We combine the principles of transpersonal psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with the healing energies of Reiki and the calming practices of yoga. Through these integrated techniques, we help our clients release trauma, process stuck emotions, and achieve nervous system regulation.
