Living with anxiety, depression, or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can hinder your healing journey and willingness to grow. Did you know that the symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or depression often stem from a history of abuse, neglect, or other traumatic events? You don’t have to suffer and go through it alone.

Katie Chrisco, LCMHC-A, welcomes clients who seek a safe and supportive environment to process their experiences and recognize the interconnectedness of their mental, emotional, and physical health. She has a holistic, client-driven approach that may include mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and other holistic therapies. She focuses on the unique needs and goals of her clients collaboratively. She is dedicated to creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner worlds. Katie also offers LGBTQIA+-affirming and gender-affirming care.

People who work with Katie often comment on her vibrant and grounding energy. Whether working with individuals or groups, she provides an uplifting and empowering experience in sessions. She works to help her clients understand the interconnectedness of their mental, emotional, and physical health.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, walking, gardening, and doing other outdoor activities that help her stay active and connected with nature. She also enjoys crafting, painting, drawing, yoga, insightful and educational podcasts, and exploring new places.
