I founded the Wildflower Therapy Group to help bridge the gaps in modern mental health approaches by combining traditional therapy with yoga therapy, somatic, and energy healing techniques. My approach goes beyond talk therapy, allowing for trauma and its associated symptoms to be released.

Our mission is to help you heal from trauma, create the positive transformation you seek, and find the vibe that will keep you feeling your best.
